Refund Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refund requests related to Thinking Tools Premium subscriptions are handled.

1. Premium Subscriptions

Thinking Tools offers Premium access through a recurring subscription.

The applicable price and billing period will be displayed before purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents the next recurring charge.

Unless otherwise stated, after cancellation you may continue using Premium features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

After that period ends, your account will return to the Free level.

3. Payments Already Made

Except where required by applicable law, payments for subscription periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable.

This means that canceling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the period already paid.

4. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges

If you believe that:

  • you were charged twice,
  • you were charged an incorrect amount,
  • you were charged after a valid cancellation,
  • another billing error occurred,

you may request a review by contacting:

aguardia@mythinkingtools.com

When possible, include:

  • email address associated with your account,
  • approximate charge date,
  • amount,
  • description of the issue.

Do not send complete credit or debit card numbers by email.

5. Technical Problems

A temporary technical problem does not automatically create a right to a refund.

However, if a technical issue substantially prevents access to the Premium service for a significant period, you may contact support so the matter can be reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

  • technical assistance,
  • restoration of access,
  • extension of access,
  • partial or full refund where appropriate or legally required.

6. Change of Mind

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are not provided solely because:

  • you changed your mind,
  • you stopped using the platform,
  • you forgot to cancel before renewal,
  • you made limited use of the service during the paid period.

You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

7. Immediate Access to Digital Content

Premium subscriptions may provide immediate access to digital content and tools after payment is confirmed.

The user acknowledges that access to the service may begin immediately after purchase.

Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law will still be honored.

8. Payment Processor

Payments may be processed by a third-party provider.

Certain refund requests or payment disputes may also be subject to the procedures and policies of the payment provider used.

Thinking Tools may need to coordinate with that provider to process a refund.

9. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the time required for it to appear in the user's account will depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Thinking Tools does not control third-party processing times.

10. Partial Refunds

Thinking Tools is not required to provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods unless:

  • applicable law requires it,
  • a billing error occurred,
  • Thinking Tools determines that an adjustment is appropriate.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, we recommend contacting support first so we can attempt to resolve it.

A dispute or chargeback filed through a bank or payment processor may be handled according to the procedures of the applicable payment provider.

Thinking Tools reserves the right to provide relevant transaction information when responding to a valid dispute.

12. Price Changes

Thinking Tools may change the price of the Premium subscription in the future.

When a change affects an existing subscription, we will seek to provide notice before the new price is applied.

A future price change does not by itself create a right to a refund for periods already paid.

13. Termination for Violations

If an account is suspended or terminated because of fraud, abuse, attempts to bypass Premium restrictions, security violations, or another serious breach of the Terms of Service, payments already made may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, or other remedy, Thinking Tools will comply with that requirement.
