  • payment status.

Complete credit or debit card information may be processed directly by third-party payment providers and may not be stored by Thinking Tools.

If you use a Thinking Tool and save a reflection, we may store:

  • responses written by the user,

  • tools visited,
  • pages used,
  • features used,
  • interactions with the application,
  • technical errors.

Where possible, we seek to use aggregated or non-directly identifiable information for product analysis.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • create and manage accounts,
  • authenticate users,
  • allow users to save and retrieve reflections,
  • provide access to Free and Premium tools,
  • administer subscriptions,

We do not use users' private reflections to make decisions on their behalf.

3. Private Reflections

Saved user reflections and responses are intended to remain private within the user's account.

Thinking Tools will implement access controls so that each user can access only their own reflections, except in limited situations described in this policy or required by law.

The administrative dashboard should not automatically display the private content of reflections.

Administrators may view operational information such as the number of saved reflections without accessing their contents.

4. Administrative Access

Authorized Thinking Tools administrators may access certain account information necessary to operate the platform.

This may include:

  • email address,
  • registration date,
  • plan,
  • subscription status,
  • account status,

Administrative access should be limited to what is necessary to operate, maintain, and protect the platform.

5. Service Providers

Thinking Tools may use third-party providers to operate certain features.

These may include providers of:

  • hosting and backend infrastructure,
  • authentication,
  • databases,
  • payment processing,
  • email,
  • analytics,
  • security,
  • technical infrastructure.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services and according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Premium subscription payments may be processed by third-party providers.

Thinking Tools may receive transaction-related information such as:

  • subscription status,
  • transaction identifier,
  • amount,
  • currency,
  • payment date.

Thinking Tools does not need to directly store complete payment card details.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Thinking Tools may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to:

  • keep users logged in,
  • remember preferences,
  • save selected language,
  • retain information needed while using a tool,
  • improve platform functionality,
  • support security and authentication.

Some cookies or technologies may be essential to the application.

When paid ads are shown, Google Ads uses measurement cookies to learn how many people who see or click an ad go on to use a tool; Google receives that information as the advertising provider, and it is used only to measure and improve ad performance. In countries where the law requires it, a notice asks the visitor for permission before those cookies are turned on, and the choice can be changed at any time.

8. Analytics

Thinking Tools may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the platform.

This information may include data about:

  • pages visited,
  • session duration,
  • tools used,
  • navigation,
  • technical performance.

Where possible, this information will be used in aggregated form to improve the platform.

9. Security

Thinking Tools seeks to implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

These measures may include:

  • authentication,
  • access controls,
  • database permissions,
  • encryption provided by infrastructure providers,
  • administrative controls,
  • protections against unauthorized access.

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are also responsible for keeping their credentials secure.

10. Data Retention

We may retain information while:

  • an account remains active,
  • it is needed to provide the service,
  • a legal obligation applies,
  • it is necessary to resolve disputes,
  • it is necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.

When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or anonymized according to applicable technical and legal practices.

11. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and, where applicable, associated personal information.

Deletion may be subject to information we must retain for legal, tax, security, or compliance reasons.

To request account or personal data deletion, contact:

We may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the requester before processing a request.

13. International Storage and Transfers

Thinking Tools may use infrastructure providers that store or process information in other countries.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that information may be processed outside the country where you are located, subject to applicable contractual, technical, and legal protections.

14. Children

Thinking Tools is not specifically directed to children.

We do not seek to intentionally collect personal information from minors who do not have the legal capacity to use the service or provide necessary consent.

If you believe a minor has improperly provided personal information, contact us so that we can evaluate deletion.

15. Use of Content for AI or Model Training

Users' private reflections should not be used to train Thinking Tools' own artificial intelligence models without additional explicit user consent.

17. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with a legal obligation,
  • respond to a valid request from a competent authority,
  • protect rights and safety,
  • investigate fraud,
  • prevent platform abuse.

18. Business Transfers

If Thinking Tools or the business operating the platform participates in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, certain information may form part of that transaction.

In such a case, the information will remain subject to applicable protections, and users will be notified where appropriate.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary.

The latest revision date will appear at the top of the page.

When changes are significant, we may notify users through:

  • the platform,
  • email,
